1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms govern use of dosanoglobal.com, operated by Dosano Global, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. UAE business licence reference: 4431494.01.

The website provides information for business buyers and a way to enquire about fruit, vegetables, chillies, meat and poultry. Please use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree with these website-use terms, please stop using the site.

2. Business enquiries and quotations

For the points confirmed for fresh-produce shipments, including quotations, Incoterms, packing, documents and claims, read our Commercial Terms.

Submitting a form, email or WhatsApp message is an enquiry or request for a quotation. It does not itself place an order, reserve stock or create a supply agreement. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt only.

Any quotation is subject to its stated validity period, availability and written commercial conditions. An order becomes binding only when the parties have agreed the relevant supply terms and acceptance requirements in writing. A separately agreed contract or accepted quotation takes priority over these website terms for that transaction.

3. Products and shipment requirements

Website descriptions and images are general illustrations. Natural products can vary in appearance, size and other characteristics. Product ranges, origins, varieties, grades and availability may change with season and supply conditions. Please confirm the specifications relevant to your order before acceptance.

Minimum order quantities, pricing, currency, taxes and duties, packing, payment arrangements, lead times, destination, delivery responsibilities and any Incoterm must be agreed for the particular transaction. This website does not set a universal delivery promise, minimum order or payment term.

Tell us before ordering about any required halal, phytosanitary, origin, health, inspection or other certification. References to documentation requirements are not a claim that every product or shipment carries a particular certification. Availability and suitability of documents must be confirmed for the specific shipment.

4. Delivery, inspection and claims

Shipment schedules, transfer of risk or title, inspection requirements and arrangements for shortages, defects, returns, cancellation or refunds are governed by the applicable written supply agreement and mandatory law. Do not assume a retail returns policy applies to a business shipment of perishable goods.

If you have a problem with a shipment, contact us promptly with the order reference and relevant details, and follow any inspection and notice provisions in your agreed contract. These website terms do not shorten an agreed claims period or remove a right that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Responsible website use

Provide accurate enquiry details and ensure you have authority to act for the business you represent. Do not impersonate another person, submit unlawful or misleading material, send spam, introduce harmful software, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, or misuse another person’s information. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the site or address misuse.

6. Website content and intellectual property

Website text, branding, images, designs and other materials are protected by the rights of Dosano Global or their respective owners. You may view, download or print reasonable extracts to assess our products or communicate a genuine business enquiry. Other reproduction, resale, distribution or reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where the law permits it. Do not remove attribution or imply an endorsement.

7. Information, availability and external services

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but errors or outdated details can occur. Please confirm important product and commercial information directly with us. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems or other reasons; uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

8. Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, general website information is supplied without a guarantee of completeness or fitness for a particular commercial decision. Obtain confirmation before relying on it for a purchase or shipment. Liability for an actual supply transaction is addressed by the applicable contract and mandatory law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. These website terms do not override mandatory consumer or data-protection rights where those rights apply.

9. Governing law, changes and contact

These website terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes concerning them may be brought before a court with competent jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal rules. A separate supply agreement may specify the law and dispute-resolution arrangements for that transaction.

We may update these website terms by posting a revised version and date. Changes apply to subsequent website use and do not retrospectively alter an existing agreed supply contract. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
